Nooma Ministries exists to encourage pastors, leaders, marriages, and churches through Spirit-filled biblical teaching, discipleship, and renewal.

We believe healthy ministry flows from lives rooted in the presence of God, formed by Scripture, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and sustained through faithful discipleship over time.

In a cultural moment marked by noise, burnout, and shallow formation, our desire is to help pastor ministry leaders and families toward spiritual depth, wholeness, wisdom, and faithfulness.

More About Josh and Hope

For more than 25 years, Josh and Hope Butcher have served the local church with a passion to see people encounter the presence of God and live healthy, whole lives in both family and ministry. They serve through preaching, teaching, leadership development, marriage ministry, and spiritual formation.

Together, they pastor Ramp Church Hamilton and serve on the Leadership Team of The Ramp and at Ramp University, helping equip the next generation of ministry leaders. Their ministry combines Spirit-filled discipleship, biblical teaching, pastoral encouragement, and practical leadership for everyday life and ministry.

Josh and Hope live in Alabama with their five children, who keep them grounded, laughing, and grateful in every season of life.
